PLOT........: Janaki (Tabu) the only daughter of seth durga Prasad Bharadwaj and heir to his millions, elopes with Jayaprakash Paswan, a Dance choreographer's assistant. After a few Years, following petty differences, kanki sues jai for divorce. Janaki is awareded custody of their only child, this jai gets to meet his daughter for one supervised visit per week. jai ill advices by his firend to kidnap his daughter but jai is caught in the act of kidnapping.
