SparkelBoy, where is that Guide...
I swear, I went through entire guides, but was not able to find it.

I just thought it would help some people...so I decided to post what i know.

PS: Vista is working n a Dynamic TCPIP stack and IP V6 ....god know when it will hit.
but I can say, Dynamic is the way right now for Vista...
Personally I would like to be in control of my connections....so, I wouild like to make it stable, so , that it's just 1 less process my pc dos not have to worry about.

I know a few people working onthis, but are waiting for SP1 for vista to come out which is REALLY NEEDED for Vista and Office 2007.

Premium, You are awfully close to a ISND connection....is it cable or DSL.
where do you live....check your ISP website for your limit....also do a speed test....who knows....it might be more...
you should increase yout half open connections to 50 at least...
see how it works, if not...decrease incremently till you are happy....
