there is no seeder in those torrents thats why ur download is stuck... (nothing is wrong with tracker though)

so leech the torrents as soon as they release not after 5-6 months when everyone clears the files from their drives
anywayss... you can always try private messaging the people who finished downloading the torents/people who are in hall of shame for that perticular torrents/ most importantly the person who uploaded the torrent and ask them if they can re-seed/re-release for you
