As you have have already read in this (http://www.dctorrent.com/showthread.php?t=65380) that Tv forums will no longer be ratio free. This takes effect immediately

Although we did says 1:2 ratio, we have decided on 0.5 : 1 ratio. This change to make 0.5:1 from 1:2 , was on request from many users and also its easier for us to track user upload counts.

Example:
If you download 50 MB and upload 50 MB, only 25 MB will be counted towards your download amount and 50 MB will be counted towards your upload amount.

Per other thread , we had decided to make documentaries ratio free, but have now decided to keep it at 0.5 : 1 ratio---same as Tv forums.
