This really depends on your internet connection. Although you have completed the torrent before others, this doesn't mean that you will UL more than everyone else. If you have a 256k connection (just as an e.g.) and the other person has a 512k connection, than the other person will UL much more than you, because of the higher UL speed.

If your client is showing more than 94mb and DC is showing less, than it's only the matter of time, once the tracker updates it will come back to the same result. Make sure you have done port forwarding or try re-staring the client.
