Just Go to Nokia Service Center and ask them to Upgrade ur FirmWare ..... they'll do it for free .....
The newest firmware version is 15.0.0.26.It has many new features and is more stable.

PS : Never upgrade ur cell urself untill and unless u exactly know what u are doin
