in the task manager ,. how much %cpu is consumed,., .

it if it already less than 10%,. ,then don't waste ur energy / efforts in cleaning up.,.,

as i tried ^^ menthod too ., din't help.,,

easy is to clean processes that run @ begining... ie run --> msconfig
