Prithviraj Chauhan:
·He killed the powerful King of Gujrat: Bheemdev Solanki at the age of 13.
·He knew Shabd Vedi Vidya
·He remained undefeated even in his captivity.
·He was very tolerant towards religion. For example: Mir Hussien – Muhammad GHori’s younger brother loved a Hindu woman [she was forced to be a dancer by Muhammad ghori]. Mir Hussein asked Prithvi for help, and Prithvi agreed..as Mir Hussien was a good person. Unfortunately, Mir Hussein died in a battle while helping Prithvi fight with Ghori……And Mir Hussien’s wife committed Jauhar. Note: there were no Muslim people iAn his rajya!!
·His Biggest mistake was he learned to FORGIVE. Muhhammad Ghori attacked Delhi many times… Prithvi defeated him,but he forgave Ghori. Sanyogita asked Prithvi to kill Ghori, but Prithvi did not listen. Thus, ghori attacked Delhi at night!! And in those days, Rajputs did not fight after sunset.
·After Prithvi killed GHori using Shabd Bhedi baan Vidya, GHori’s slave Qutubinan[not sure if that’s the right name] became the King of Delhi. Qutubbinan was no different from his master Ghori. He made Hindu men his salves, and raped many hindu women. …In short, Prithvi’s Praja had to suffer a lot!!!!!
·Not to forget that Prithvi died at a very young age of 24, and became known as a valiant warrior in that short period of time. Prithviraj chauhan was a very brave King..People cudnt defeat him in the battle field….thats why they used to backstab him.
@ RK :
Yes, Akbar was a great King in terms of keeping his Praja safe and happy…but I would not say he was a great warrior. He ascended the throne at the age of 13, biut was dependant on Khan Baba to take care of his Kingdom.
@ Lira:
Not to forget Ashoka was very cruel…
