hey all..just a simple question...do you believe that love is blind? Honestly, i have never fallen in love so i don't know if that is true or not

dunno it all depends upon the way we look at it. but i say that we can never love a person just by looking at them. that is called infatuation or lust. not love. love is deeper, much deeper. you begin to love someone when you get to know them when you begin to see deeply into their soul. the rest depends on you

love is blind cuz once someone appeals to u through their nature, interests, sense of humour they become so attractive to ur eyes...n marriage yaar is just the beginning of a whole new life tht begins with ..."happily ever after".....marriage is an eyeopener as to how lucky u r to be with tht someone n how much more u will grow to appreciate them through whatever life thrown ur way...if marriage is an eyeopener in a scary way..ure married to the wrong person yaar..lol...though of course there r ups n down :rolleyes:

Touche.........fully agree with you. Love is blind and you tend to neglect negative sides of the person because you see a lot of positive in your partner. It tends to drown the flaws in your partner. Human being loves to explore the novelty 'coz newness excites human being. History has witnessed that. But.....the problem comes when the novelty gets exhausted and you know your partner each and every moves. In a way your partner becomes predictable. You can judge your partner's moves and your partner can yours...........the fun ceases to be fun. The politics of relationship is a very vast subject and one has to traverse one's journey and learn it hard way. So at times, you do compromise. The situation before and after marriage is as different as the cheese from the chalk. One of the +ve thing about the partner could be that one gets so used to the partner that one can not do away with the partner.That explains why divorce are so painful and stressful. Let me save you this sermon and persuade you to explore it yourself. Lol......

marriage doesnt get borin yaar..both partners need to keep the excitment, romance n love alive...little things can make a big difference..but yess love is blind...cuz once someone touches ur heart n see all the beauty within them..they become irresistable..sexxxy..lol

if love is blind, then why would it matter whether someone was sexy or not? and besides love doesn't revolve around any sex or sex appeal.......love isn't love if the only thing that is on the person's mind is sex. it becomes lust then. sure someone could touch your heart and you see their inner beauty and then you see that their outer beauty matches it....... but i don't see what that has to do with being irresistable.... :rolleyes: if it's love, then they should already be attracted to each other :confused:
