I changed both, the password and reset my passkey when the message appeared on the website to do so.
But ever since I am facing a peculiar problem.My downloads are getting stuck, with no seeds showing, and when I restart my torrent client, after some time, the seeds appear again, and the download resumes.I wouldn't have thought otherwise, had it not been appearing even for xDR seeds (considering that xDR are super reliable seeders).
Any solutions...

Dude...As You have Changed Your Passkey...Your Old Downloaded Torrents Won't Work...You Will have 2 Re-download Torrent Files And Start In Your U-Torrent...And Then All Will B Fine

I did exactly that because the site prompts you to reload the torrents and then run them again.But the problem persists.And there is no internet outage also.So there must be another issue at work here.

What is the tracker Error

I check for the information.There is no tracker error.The information is as:
DHT : Not Allowed
Local Peer Discovery : Not Allowed
Peer Exchange : Not Allowed
The tracker is : dctorrent.com:2710 etc etc
This is similar across all my downloads & uploads.

Dude...Sometimes It Takes Time 2 connect...Downloading Hota hai na..So Why Worries

Sometimes the downloads are taking upwards of 10 hrs to start.Anyhow,I'll wait for at least another 48-72 hrs and think of resetting the passkey again.Hopefully the problem 'll go away.

No Problem Mate...Then 2 Will Ask My Seniors Regarding This

trackers of some other web sites are behaving badly for past few days.... so if someone has released some shared torrent which is also seeded by other seedboxes then u will see the same issues u mentioned earlier....

if this is only with DcT torrents (desi9/xDR) then do this ..

- close ur utorrent and wait for 5mins n restart it ..
- double click on torrents in ut and make sure ur passkey is new one....
- if u still feel that some torrent is getting stuck... try rt-click --> update tracker... it will try to get updated list of peers...

thats all i can think of .. as there is nothing particularly wrong with DcT tracker /servers...

Ok.The situation right now is that there are 2 torrents which I am downloading.Both of them are showing 1 seed and 2 leechers apiece.But in my torrent client neither is active, whereas on dct website it shows as 1(s), & 2(l).These torrents are:

and the update tracker field is inactive (shaded) in my torrent client.
So I switched to mu torrent to download.In that after I did the 'update tracker' both are showing ;announce in ~20 mts'.

well, now the situation has become a little more precarious.I carried out all the steps as instructed, and now none of my torrents are working.They are all displaying "Failure: unregistered torrent pass".
I reset my passkey, changed my password, updated the tracker, shut down the torrent, restarted it, and am getting the same message for all my existing torrents.
But I tried to see whether it applies to all torrents on DCT.So I downloaded a fresh torrent (xDR), and it worked.
So the status is : nothing of old works (which means unfinished files), while new torrent files are working.
Hoo Boy....what now ??

1. regarding those 2 torrents with v v few seeders / leechers... there is no gurantee that u will be able to connect to each n ever seeder /leecher... they might have blocked u OR u /ur ISP might have blocked them... no one can help u in this...

2. ^^ ur passkey seems to be messed up... try using the passkey / tracker from torrent that is working .. or redownload torrent and double click on it .. ut will ask to update trackers.. jst accept it . ... if those torrents are active.. then error of unregistered torrent iwll go away,,,

Well nothing seems to be working.I was previously downloading : "http://dctorrent.com/f17/new-delhi-1956-dvdrip-xvid-ac3-xdr-229109/#post1309748"
an xDR torrent and had done about 60 %.Now it too is stuck.All my existing downloads are stuck whereas, new additions are working.
Guess I should give it a few hours to make up its mind itself.
Hopefully the system files/tracker info/passkey updations will reflect in a few hrs.
This new situation has emerged only after I reset my passkey as instructed.
So, now I'l wait for some time, shutdown my machine, restart torrent client and REALLY hope for the best !!

For that particular torrent...I'd suggest delete the .torrent file only(don't delete the data) and re-download the .torrent file again and it'll re-check the torrent and it should start from where you were left of. Let us know what happens.

I went through the complete cycle again...reset my passkey, waited for a while, re-downloaded the torrents, the works...and now it is working ok.
My old torrents too have started.I just want you to have close look at 2 of the torrents:

The website is still showing a seeder apiece, whereas my torrent client is showing 0 seeders.The rest of the torrents are working fine.
I think that there is an anomaly.The administrators/moderators, can have a closer look at the above mentioned 2 torrents and verify the tracker and the seeds of both of them.

Guys...THANKS.I really mean it.

It does say that there is 1 seed and 2 leeches but if you expand the section where it shows name % left uploaded etc.. it shows that you are the only leech at the moment. I don't know why exactly is that but you should pm the person who released the torrent and ask him/her to seed.
