Hi dear friends,

When I first joined the site, i really coudnt get the idea about the site coz mostly people comes on torrent site for leeching stuff and there was nothing about movies music stuff on homepage (and it is still not there). it took me 2 days to figure out that I have to click "Media" tab to go to the downloading forum (I know its n00b thing, but may have happen to anyone ).

1) Ok jokes apart, DcT's homepage and overall look in all forums r not attractive and dont give new user idea about how great the site is conentwise! I think most of here agree with me (some will ridicule this!) that site looks dull.

So, I request to coder and staff, if u r planning to make changes think about making skin a bit attractive too..

2) and another thing about wait time ( 48 hr restriction on new user for new torrent). I know its a good thing to force seed. but for music torrents its a bit irrational.. new users find it annoying and goes to other site, where he/she find that music rls easily. So whole point of the system doesnt work. As we all know, we here at DcT are very good at music releasing. I think it will be good and encouraging to new user if there is exemption on music torrents in this rule.

3)If people comes here for downloading , i think they have enough bandwidth and speed to load the pages with avatars and signatures. It will be cool if Staff allows animated avatars.

I made these suggestion on intentions of making this site better. So, no offense and not complaining to anyone.

Ppl use torrents page & not forum to look for 'torrent/downloadable' contents
might or might not happen
whole point is to make them know they have to seed & not just leech
not happening

we can have poll on this! Coz it is easier to see new releases in specific section (e.g. if u r looking for just music albums)

there r movie and tv torrents for this point. imo, its a bit harder for such 50-150 MBmusic release. Anyways staff knows better.

I Agree ...with ALL Trance's points ....

especially d ones abt avatars+sigs and not able to find the Media forum forum (2 yrs back I had left DCT bcz i thought the site dosent have any torrents at all)

well ya, but a person who cant even spot Torrents link on top; i don't think is even going to understand how torrents/ratios work
